			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Saybrook University&#8217;s Graduate College of Psychology and Humanities offers a M.A. and Ph.D. in Organizational Systems, a M.A. in Human Science with a Specialization in Transformative Social Change, and a Certificate in Building a Sustainable World. The Organizational Systems program offers education in the emerging areas of sustainable development, systems design, organizational learning, appreciative inquiry, and more. The Specialization in Transformative Social Change teaches students how to better respond to current social, cultural, and political challenges. The Certificate in Building a Sustainable World program is centered on evaluating the global environmental issues and threats and then devising solutions to these issues. Participants in this Certificate program will develop an understanding of the depth of these challenges, evaluate current solutions and theories, and further develop techniques and practices to make for a more sustainable world. All programs are online with varied face-to-face residential requirements, for example two weeklong residential conferences per year.</p>
